These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Breaker Breaker Baby service and website at breakerbreakerbaby.com (the "Service"), operated by Sol-Tech Enterprises, a sole proprietorship ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — 18+ Only

The Service is intended solely for adults who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service contains adult themes and companion content.

• Upon subscribing, you may be issued an access PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Prepaid Balances

• Paid plans and any prepaid call-time balances are charged to the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by USAePay.
• Prices are stated at checkout and are authoritative. Subscription plans renew as described at the time of purchase unless cancelled.
• Live-call usage may draw down a prepaid balance on a per-minute basis, and overage or per-minute rates may apply as disclosed on the Service.
• Charges may appear on your statement under a neutral company name.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments and consumed call-time are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us using the details below and we will review your request in good faith.

If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle SMS consent and data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 or on behalf of a minor.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse operators, staff, or other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Record, reproduce, resell, or redistribute Service content without our written permission.
• Introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including the "Joann Marie" character, artwork, audio, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Sol-Tech Enterprises and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sol-Tech Enterprises and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sol-Tech Enterprises and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by applicable federal law.
